Your Key Responsibilities

  • Drive support in employer branding activities such as revamping of career pages across SEA countries
  • Support in HR certification program roll out across SEA countries
  • Involve in testing and implementation of pre-boarding, recruitment and onboarding tool to streamline internal processes and increase employee engagement
  • Support other projects within SEA HR
  • Build and maintain effective relationships amongst intern community and internal stakeholders
  • Deliver communications on a broad spectrum of employee engagement

Your Qualifications

  • Undergraduate student majoring Business or Human Resource student with minor degree or strong interest in Human Resource.
  • High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency with visual or design tools will be advantageous
  • Strong HR conceptual understanding
  • Ability to adapt to multi-cultural environment
  • Flexible, dynamic, and engaging, with strong interpersonal skills
  • High learning agility
